To keep an artists’ community sustainable and successful, one needs a team to organise, curate, set up exhibitions, publicise and collaborate with the artists.
Anu Chowdhury-Sorabjee – With over 20 years of experience in organising folk and tribal art exhibitions, Anu Chowdhury-Sorabjee leads the curation and artists coordination of INDIAN arts COLLECTIVE. She holds a PG Diploma in Asian Art and an MA in History of Art and Archaeology from SOAS, London. Her expertise lies in ritual art, with a particular focus on how traditional artists engage with contemporary realities, reinterpreting and transforming their inherited practices.
Jeroo Dalal is a human resources professional with over 25 years experience in the corporate world. She is passionate about all forms of art but with a particular interest in Indian traditional and folk art. Jeroo manages the sales and educational outreach programmes for INDIAN arts COLLECTIVE.
Priyal Shah manages the print and digital design for INDIAN arts COLLECTIVE. Her passion for Indian art reflects in her graphic design she is trained for and in her own design thinking.
